Mac one-liner

Paste once and wait. Terminal downloads the app, installs it, runs xattr -cr /Applications/Senesly.app, then opens Senesly. No drag-and-drop, no “Not Opened” dialog, nothing else to type.

    Download the installer

    Click Download for Windows. The .exe file saves to your Downloads folder.

    Run the installer

    Double-click the file. If SmartScreen appears, choose More info, then Run anyway - Senesly is signed and safe.

    Finish setup

    Accept the license, keep the default location, and click Install.

    Launch and sign in

    Open Senesly, grant microphone permission, then sign in and connect Zoom, Meet, or Teams.

macOS

    If macOS says “Not Opened”

    Click Done - not Move to Trash. Then Control-click the .pkg and choose Open, then Open again. Or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, and click Open Anyway.

    Finish setup

    Enter your Mac password. The installer copies Senesly to Applications and clears the download quarantine so the app itself is not marked damaged. You should not need Terminal.

    Launch and sign in

    Open Senesly from Applications, grant microphone access, then sign in for Zoom, Meet, or Teams.

How does Senesly work on a call?

Senesly runs as a private overlay on your machine. It does not join the call as a meeting bot or inject content into the meeting. You get answers, notes, and guidance on your desktop. Use it in line with interviewer and employer policies.

Do I need to keep the app open during a call?

Yes. Keep the desktop app running so it can listen and surface answers in your private overlay.

Which meeting platforms are supported?

Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. More platforms may be added later.

Can I use Senesly on multiple devices?

You can sign in on one desktop device per account. For extra devices, check your plan or contact support.

How do I get updates?

Windows and Mac check for updates on launch. You can also download the latest build from this page.

macOS says the installer was not opened / could not verify malware

Click Done, not Move to Trash. Control-click the Senesly .pkg → Open → Open. If that still blocks it, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, and choose Open Anyway. Or skip the .pkg and use the Terminal one-liner on this page - it installs the .dmg and clears quarantine for you.

How does the Terminal install work on Mac?

Paste the one-line command on this page into Terminal and press Return. It downloads the Senesly disk image, copies the app to Applications, runs xattr -cr so macOS does not mark it damaged, then opens Senesly. You may see one password dialog. Do not add sudo in front of the curl command. Apple Silicon only.

How does the PowerShell install work on Windows?
