The Services provide tools for interview preparation and real-time assistance, such as transcription, note-taking, and AI-generated responses. The Services are not intended for use where prohibited by law.

The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (for example, HIPAA or similar). If your use would be subject to those rules, you should not use the Services.

We own or license the content, software, design, and trademarks that power the Services (the “Content” and “Marks”). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by applicable law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You are at least 18 years old and have capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You will provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You will comply with applicable laws and platform rules relevant to your use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method. Prices, taxes, and availability may change over time.

Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage your subscription through your account or by contacting support.

You agree not to:

• Access the Services through automated means to scrape, spam, or overload systems.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features or access controls.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted.
• Use the Services to transmit malware, abusive content, or unlawful material.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Resell or commercialize the Services without written permission.

You may be able to submit content (for example notes) or feedback. You retain rights in your content, but you grant us permission to process it to provide and improve the Services.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users.

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We may also change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senesly and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Senesly from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Senesly is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with support so we can try to resolve them informally.
